Appointment setting for real estate agents and teams.
Someone has to make the calls.
Foyer puts a dedicated appointment setter on your database, your expireds and your sphere, working your market's hours. You get appointments on the calendar and your afternoons back.
- One setter

01The problem
You don't have a lead problem.
You have a CRM full of people who raised their hand eighteen months ago, a sphere you have not called since the spring, and expireds hitting the market before breakfast every day.
What you do not have is four uninterrupted hours to dial them, take the rejection, and dial again. That is the entire job. It is not complicated and it is not glamorous, which is exactly why it keeps not getting done. Hiring for it in-house means recruiting, training, managing and replacing someone whose work you do not enjoy supervising.
Foyer is that seat, filled and managed, without the hire.
Your database
Aged leads, unworked inquiries and everyone sitting in your CRM who has not heard from you this year.
Expireds and FSBOs
Pulled daily and called the same morning, while the seller is still frustrated enough to take the call.
Sphere and past clients
The highest-converting list you own and the one that goes quietest. Worked on a schedule, not when you remember.
New inbound
Called back fast, qualified against your criteria, and routed to you only when there is something worth your time.
Open house and event follow-up
Every sign-in sheet worked within 48 hours instead of going into a folder you never reopen.
02What it sounds like
A good call is short, specific and on your behalf.
An example opening to a FSBO seller, from the kind of script we write with you. Every word is approved by you before a single dial.
Sam, your setter
Hi, is this Dana? It's Sam, calling for Jordan Avery at Avery Home Team. I saw you're selling your place on Birch Lane yourself. Have you had many showings?
Says exactly who the call is for
Dana, FSBO seller
A few. Mostly agents calling, honestly.
Sam, your setter
I bet. I'll be quick. Jordan isn't asking you to list. He'd like twenty minutes to show you what similar homes nearby sold for, so you can price it with confidence.
Acknowledges the objection instead of arguing
Sam, your setter
Would Thursday at one work, or is the evening easier?
Two specific times, not an open question
Dana, FSBO seller
Thursday at one is fine.
03The process
How it works
Four steps, about a week from first call to first dial.
Day 1
Step 1: Discovery call
Fifteen minutes. Your market, your lists, your scripts, and what you actually count as a qualified appointment. That last definition is the one that decides whether this works.
Days 2–6
Step 2: Setup week
CRM and dialer access, lists scrubbed against the Do Not Call registry, your scripts and objection handling rehearsed until your setter sounds like your office rather than a vendor.
Day 7
Step 3: Dialing starts
Your setter works your lists on your hours in your timezone, five days a week. Every call is logged to the CRM with notes and the next action.
Every day after
Step 4: Appointments land
Booked directly into your calendar with context attached, plus a daily recap of dials, conversations and what came of them, and a weekly call to adjust the script and the list.
04What you get
What a seat includes
Everything a good in-house ISA would do, without the hiring, the training or the turnover.
- One dedicated setter, not a shared pool
- Your market's calling hours, Monday to Friday
- Your scripts, your objection handling, your brand
- Do Not Call scrubbing before every campaign
- Every call logged and the CRM left current
- Call recordings available to you
- Daily activity recap and a weekly review call
- A named account manager who is not the setter
05Compliance
Outbound into the US is regulated. We work like it.
Outbound calling gets looked at closely, and it should be. The compliance posture is part of what you are buying, not an afterthought bolted on when something goes wrong.
How we handle compliance in detail- Lists scrubbed against the National Do Not Call Registry before any campaign begins, and re-scrubbed on a schedule
- State calling-hour restrictions observed, not just federal ones
- Consent basis and call records retained for every number dialed
- Calls recorded, with recordings available to you on request
- Your scripts, reviewed with you, with no improvised claims
We are a service provider, not a brokerage. Foyer holds no real estate licence and does not give advice to your clients, negotiate, or represent anyone in a transaction. Your licence, your clients, your relationship.
06Pricing
Flat monthly rate, per setter
Not per lead and not per appointment.
Per-appointment pricing sounds safer and quietly pushes a setter to book anybody who will say yes, which costs you more in wasted drive time than it saves in fees. A flat rate means your setter is paid to find the right conversation rather than the easiest one.
What you pay depends on hours, list volume and whether you want one seat or several. We will give you a number on the first call rather than make you fill in a form to find out.
How pricing worksWe are new, and we would rather say so
Foyer is a new company. We do not have a wall of logos and we are not going to borrow someone else's. What we will do is make it easy to find out whether this works for you.
Our first five teams get founding pricing held for twelve months, a two-week paid pilot before any commitment, and thirty days' notice to walk away at any point after that. No annual contract, no setup fee.

07Questions
Questions people ask first
The things agents ask on almost every first call. If yours is not here, ask it on ours.
All questionsWhere is your team based?
Dallas, Texas. Our office is at 3838 Oak Lawn Ave. Our setters work your market's hours in your timezone, wherever you are in the US, and they are trained on your scripts until they sound like part of your office.
What counts as an appointment?
Whatever you define it as, agreed in writing before we dial. For most teams that means a seller or buyer who has confirmed a specific date and time, meets your qualification criteria, and knows they are meeting a real estate agent. Getting this definition tight in week one is the single thing that decides whether the engagement succeeds.
Do you use my scripts or yours?
Yours by default. If you do not have one, we will draft one for your market and your lists and you approve it before a single call goes out. Nothing gets said on your behalf that you have not signed off on.
Which CRMs and dialers do you work with?
We work inside whatever you already use rather than asking you to move. Tell us your stack on the call and we will confirm whether we can operate in it directly or need a workaround.
Can I start with one setter?
Most teams should. One seat, two-week pilot, and we scale only once the numbers justify it. Anyone pushing you to start with three has not thought about your side of the maths.
What happens if it does not work?
You give us thirty days' notice and we hand back your lists, your call records and your CRM in better order than we found them. There is no annual commitment to argue your way out of.
08Get in touch
Tell us about your lists
A few details and we will come back within one business day with whether we are a fit and what a seat would cost you.
A person on our team reads every message. No autoresponder, no sequence.
What happens next
- We reply. Within one business day, with whether we are a fit.
- Fifteen minutes. A call about your market, your lists and what a good appointment means to you.
- About a week later. If it is a fit, your setter starts dialing.
